Don't know if this has already been posted?

(WTNH, Mar. 3, 2005 10:56 AM) _ The son of the man police believe is the BTK
serial killer is in school at the Navy sub base in Groton.

Twenty-nine-year-old Brian Rader, who is a Seaman Apprentice, joined the
Navy in 2004.

His father, Dennis Rader, was arrested last week and charged with ten counts
of first degree murder.

The name BTK came from notes he sent to police describing his
blind-torture-kill methods.

The younger Rader has been receiving support services from Navy chaplains.

GROTON-- The accused BTK Killer in Kansas has a Connecticut connection.

Federal agents were on hand talking to the man's son, who was stationed at
the sub base in Groton.

Brian Rader is the son of Dennis Rader, the accused BTK Killer. Brian goes
to school at the sub base and last week, authorities questioned him about
the murders that his father is accused of.

On Tuesday, Dennis Rader made his first appearance in court in Wichita,
Kansas. He was seen for a brief time via video.

The community in Wichita was in shock after the "Bind, Torture, Kill" killer
was actually someone living among them. Rader was a father of two in Kansas.

Investigators are not saying why they had to come to Groton to question the
son. Only that it had to do with the accused murders.
