Bank footage "chilling" for missing woman's family

TEMPLE TERRACE - Police are now investigating several new tips in the
case of a Temple Terrace woman missing for over a month.
Bank surveillance video of a masked man using Sandra Prince's ATM card
at a local bank was almost too much for the missing woman's family to
bear.
"It was chilling to see that. And frightening. It was as if I was
facing a reality that I didn't think I would ever have to face,"
Sandra's cousin, Jim Moore, observed.
Since the video was released Wednesday, Temple Terrace police have
gotten several calls and are following up on a few possible leads. But
there's still no sign of Sandra.
"All our lives are improved by her presence, by her life, and we are
diminished by her loss," Moore continued.
Police still are not releasing the bank locations where the video was
shot, nor will they say how much money was taken out of Sandra's
accounts.

TEMPLE TERRACE - No one has heard from a missing Temple Terrace woman
in nearly a month, but it seems someone has recently been using her ATM
card.
Detectives on Wednesday released surveillance footage showing a masked
man using Sandra Prince's card to make withdrawals. One scene shows the
man using a drive-through ATM; in another, he saunters up on foot while
covering his face the entire time.
Police released the video in hopes that someone will recognize the
person. It appears to be a white man with a stocky build, who appears
to have dark hair.
"We're hopeful that this surveillance video from the ATM will produce
some results with someone coming forward saying that they know the
physical characteristics of this person, the shape of this person that
is obviously concealing their identity with a mask," stated Paula
MacDonald of Temple Terrace police.
The man is seen covering his face with what appears to be a mask or
hat.
Investigators are not saying that this man necessarily had something to
do with Sandra's disappearance, but they want to talk to him
nonetheless.
"This person certainly is someone of interest at this point. He has
accessed her financial accounts, he has accessed her ATM card. It
certainly is interesting that he has this information," MacDonald
observed.
Police have shown the video to family members, and while they did not
have any public comment, they did increase the reward for information
about Sandra's whereabouts to $75,000.
